WHY WE’RE UNIQUE

We are a mortgage lender, which means that we are subject to more stringent licensing and net worth requirements than a mortgage broker. However, like a mortgage broker we sell our loans after we have made them; this allows us to offer the loan products of many large mortgage wholesalers. This unique hybrid structure gives us a lender’s clout to offer very low interest rates, with a broker’s flexibility to offer a wide variety of loan programs.

Our Loan Officers are mortgage specialists. Unlike a bank, we don’t offer credit cards, auto loans or student loans. We exist only to write mortgages, and you’ll find that our Loan Officers are extremely knowledgeable about our products. We try to make the process easy. You’ll receive honest, candid information when you call with questions, and our Loan Officers are available evenings and weekends to meet with you.
